Who are Green & Wilds:

Green & Wilds create wholesome, honest treats and toys for dogs and cats, that are perfect for pets but also for the environment. They take pride in only using the best ingredients in their products, with many of them satisfying their One Ingredient Award. This simple and straightforward approach is loved by pet owners all over the world.

Our work together:

Following our initial introduction and chat, Mel revealed that they were keen to increase engagement and create high quality content to promote products for the company. They had previously worked with a fabulous social media manager who was no longer offering this service, so put us in touch. Since then they had tried managing internally with limited success and really wanted to get the accounts back to the former hub of activity that they were.

With this in mind we got straight to work in creating valuable, varied content around their main product lines. We stayed in communication each week so that we had a good idea of what was selling well and the response to posts. This gave us the best chance of creating the right content, rather than working blindly and guessing what would work.

We slowly reintroduced giveaways to the account with the aim of running one a month as they had done previously. We were mindful to run these in a way that made sense for the accounts with a purpose behind them, whether that was to gain photos that we could use for marketing purposes or increase general levels of engagement.

As a wholesale and retail business we are always looking for ways to vary the call to actions to suit both audiences, making it clear when we are talking to wholesale. We try to promote the wholesale customers and their retail businesses on the account as well as customer generated content.

Wardle & Wilks’ Bumble has featured in content too  after they sent out a selection of products to promote. This worked really well to fill any gaps in the customer generated content that we get too.

We have also worked together on preparing and editing product images for their website and marketing purposes, which includes removing background, mocking up new products, changing labels and touching up images.
